Starting her career straight out of school, Haylee’s drive to make a difference is deeply personal—her mum lives with Multiple Sclerosis, making her commitment to this field both professional and heartfelt.

Known for her warmth and hands-on approach, Haylee leads with empathy and a strong vision for inclusive, person-centred support. Outside of work, you’ll find her unwinding with some colouring in, exploring the outdoors on hikes, or spending quality time with her partner and their beloved dog.
